On 2 February 2024, I decided to change my life and go to the gym. I chose MyFitness and wrote to Olga. I was scared because I had never trained before, but Olga welcomed me warmly and worked with me like family, even though I knew nothing at all. Olga is a wonderful person and trainer; she guided me in the right direction, showed me everything, and explained it clearly. Without her help, advice, and guidance, I would never have achieved such results — and I definitely would not have kept going to the gym, either with a trainer or on my own.

People used to photograph me in landscape mode because I simply didn’t fit into the frame in portrait mode. I tried several times to start training in the gym, but I only lasted a couple of months each time. Everything changed when I met Olga. I’ve now been training with her for four years. She knows how to explain, demonstrate, support, and motivate. Now I can run 10 km and then do 10 pull-ups — before, I couldn’t do even one! And yes, having a beautiful woman nearby adds at least +50 to strength and endurance. Workouts instantly become twice as effective.

I first met trainer Olga Vilgelmson at MyFitness classes. Most of them were dance-based workouts aimed at gradual fat burning. These workouts seem deceptively easy because of the simplicity of the movements, but by the end you realise that it was actually a very intense cardio session. Olga is professional both in exercise technique and in communication with clients. I like her friendly and open way of explaining movements. Her smile is very charming and inspiring. The workouts are always quite intense, and by the end it must be very hard to keep talking and instructing — not to mention smiling.
