Outdoor Training

Training outdoors improves blood circulation and the delivery of oxygen to muscles and vital organs. This makes training more powerful and more beneficial.
The session includes a set of basic exercises for the main muscle groups, using body weight and minimal equipment.
Format: individual sessions, sessions with a friend, and group training
Location by agreement

Online Training

For those who want to train from home or while travelling. We work live, and you receive full feedback just like in a personal session.
Platforms: Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Meet, Telegram
